ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
We’ve been a certified and practicing Pilates Studio since 2014. Owner and operator Peppa is always striving to meet her clients needs through both traditional and modern pilates methods. Our home studio provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to both the budding pilates student or the beginner looking to give pilates a try. Located in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, Quality of Movement offers a unique and family feel to it's valued clients.

CLASSES WE OFFER
PERSONALISED GROUP PILATES
The classes are limited to 5 people per class so that everyone gets the attention they need and deserve. Each client receives individual exercises for their specific needs to reach their own personal goals.
MUMS & BUBS
After birth a woman's body may feel broken but with the right exercises we can regain strength safely. An added bonus you get to bring your bubba along. Peppa enjoys a cuddle too.
WANT TO GET STARTED?
At Quality of Movement all of our clients start with an initial assessment. We assess strengths, weaknesses or any postural issues they may have. This ensures we are working towards their goals in a safe and well structured manner.
A one on one assessment is very important because during this assessment we are able to teach the correct breathing and core activation so that you get the most out of your Pilates sessions. We will discuss your goals and what you are trying to achieve. Then we will devise a specialised program especially for you.
You will then be ready to take part in group classes!
Double assessment $90
Private classes $60
Casual group class $25
Block of 5 Pilates Classes $100 - Valid for 3 months
Block of 10 Pilates Classes $180 - Valid for 6 months
Express Pilates - 45mins online $10
Our studio is fitted with all the equipment and props but we suggest you bring a bottle of water and sweat towel to each class. Grip socks are necessary during Pilates and Barre for hygiene and safety purposes. If you don't have a pair we stock some for sale for $15.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have a strict 10hr cancellation policy if you are unable to make class. Your class will be forfeited/ need to cover the cost of the class. If you have sick certificate then we will gladly replace the class. We also offer a week to do a make up class but it can't be on your regular booked night.
There are no refunds at our studio but you can most certainly change your classes into a friends name for them to enjoy.
DO I NEED TO DO THE ASSESSMENT
A one on one assessment is very important because during this assessment we are able to teach the correct breathing and core activation so that you get the most out of your Pilates sessions. We will discuss your goals and what you are trying to achieve. We will get a detailed understanding of your body and devise a specialised program especially for you from this assessment.
CAN I CLAIM WITH MY HEALTH FUND
Every health fund is different so you would need to check with them in regards to what your cover offers but usually the answer is no. If your private health has a health and wellness program you might be in luck.
HOW MANY CLASSES A WEEK SHOULD I DO
We suggest 2-3 because you will feel better and get results faster. We understand that time constraints or financially that might not be possible so a commit one a week and your own practise at home would be ideal.
