PLANT BASED WHOLE FOOD
The retreat is fully catered for by Real Food Life, who specialise in creating plant based whole food.
Join us for three days of nourishing and delicious food prepared with passion and creativity by Sarah from Real Food Life. She loves creating recipes with whole ingredients that will help people create a better relationship with their food and reconnect with what is natural for their bodies.
Notes: Prices displayed are per person and are inclusive of retreat costs.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is needed to secure your place and the full amount is due by the 1st of October.

MEET OUR TEAM
Peppa
Peppa has been hosting Pilates Retreats for the past 5 years and just love to see women enjoy themselves and have personal growth or see them giving back to themselves.
Peppa started her love for Pilates while she was dancing professionally and travelling the world performing and used the Pilates method to help her body.
She will also be teaching a Pilates class on this retreat.
Jayde
This is Jayde's fourth pilates retreat with Quality of Movement.
Jayde comes from an extensive dance background. As such, it naturally guided her to facilitate movement as a career. She's been a part of the health, fitness, and wellbeing industry for over fifteen years, attaining numerous qualifications in many modalities, including yoga.
You can expect a strong yet nourished practice with Jayde. She is honoured to connect with others through movement and passionately believes it is her life purpose.
Amanda
Amanda is a certified Reiki Master and has been practicing Reiki for more than 20 yrs. An intuitive healer, drawing on many years experience in spiritual based practises such as energy healing, mediumship, tarot and meditation.
A passionate advocate for helping others heal themselves while creating balance, peace and healing within. All whilst holding space that is welcoming, non judgemental and safe.
Amanda will be guiding a meditation and sound healing session on this retreat.
Kelly
Her passion for pilates shines through in everything she does. With 11 years of personal experience, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to the table.
Kelly's love for pilates extends beyond just physical benefits - she also recognises its positive impact on mental health. As she puts it, pilates is her "happy place" that helps her be a better person, mother, and wife.
Mat classes is one of her favourite things and on this retreat, she will be teaching a mat class.
Chloe
Meet Chloe, the visionary behind Flourish & Flo.
With a deep-rooted passion and extensive expertise in Breathwork and Remedial Massage, Chloe is dedicated to helping others rediscover the beauty within themselves.
As a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, she artfully blends her personal journey and professional wisdom, offering a unique combination of techniques and nurturing, intuitive guidance to facilitate healing journeys like yours.
Sarah
Sarah started her business in wholefoods to connect the community with real food that tastes great!
Food is part of everyday life and she wants to help people realise the decisions they make in their food choices is so important. Foods we choose to eat has the potential to create the vitality we have in life, to nourish us, and is a reason to come together with others and share it!
She loves to create colourful, delish catering for retreats and special events and share her love of nutrition creatively.
